Refund Policy:
Our offerings are digital products and services, which means that upon placing an order, you will receive immediate activation and can start using the service right away. However, if you do not receive the delivery, you have the option to request a complete refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.
If the service you receive does not match the description (in cases where the information provided in our FAQ, terms, and limits page doesn’t align with the actual usage scenario), you have the option to request a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.
However, please note that if any usage of the SaaS app occurs after the order has been placed, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
If the service or tools you’ve bought cease to function for an extended period exceeding 48 hours, you have the option to request a partial refund for the remaining days of your monthly subscription, and we will also cancel the service. However, we also provide an alternative by offering replacement with similar tools to ensure the continuity of your workflow. Please get in touch with us to discuss this further.
Refund timeline:
Refunds will be processed 7-15 days after cancellation.
